Jürgen Essl (Stuttgart) wird uns kurze Ausschnitte aus seinem neuersten Programm präsentieren:
Die schwäbische Putzfrau Gerda plaudert über Werke ihres früheren Hausherren Kuhnau und ihres derzeitigen Dienstgebers Bach. Wenn sie die herumliegenden Noten zusammenräumt und regelmäßig abstaubt, kommt es regelmäßig zu Verwirrungen.
Jürgen Essl gilt als einer der führenden Organisten und Cembalisten Europas. In seiner Jugend leitete er eine professionelle Marionettenkompanie.
Für unser Konzert haucht Jürgen Essl seiner Lieblingsmarionette Gerda nach vielen Jahren wieder neues Leben ein. Gerda kommentiert die am Cembalo musizierten Meisterwerke von Johann Sebastian Bach und Johann Kuhnau.
